class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u5b50\u4f9b\u306e\u9023\u308c\u53bb\u308a\u306b\u95a2\u3057\u3066\u306f\u3001\u56fd\u969b\u7684\u306a\u67a0\u7d44\u307f\u3067\u7528\u3044\u3089\u308c\u308b\u5c02\u9580\u7528\u8a9e\u304c\u5b58\u5728\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002\u5b50\u4f9b\u3092\u9023\u308c\u53bb\u3089\u308c\u305f\u5074\u306e\u89aa\u306fLBP\uff08Left Behind Parent\u306e\u7565\uff09\u3001\u9023\u308c\u53bb\u3063\u305f\u5074\u306e\u89aa\u306fTP\uff08Taking Parent\uff09\u3068\u547c\u3070\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002\u306a\u304a\u3001\u5b50\u4f9b\u306e\u9023\u308c\u53bb\u308a\u306e\u30cf\u30fc\u30b0\u6761\u7d04\u306e\u6b63\u5f0f\u540d\u79f0\uff08\u82f1\u8a9e\u540d\u79f0\uff09\u306f&#8221;Hague Convention Child Abduction&#8221;\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3053\u306e\u554f\u984c\u306f\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u3068\u30e8\u30fc\u30ed\u30c3\u30d1\u8af8\u56fd\u306e\u9593\u3067\u306f\u5927\u304d\u306a\u5916\u4ea4\u554f\u984c\u306b\u767a\u5c55\u3057\u305f\u70ba\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u306e\u4e2d\u592e\u5f53\u5c40\u3067\u3042\u308b\u5916\u52d9\u7701\u304c\u7a4d\u6975\u7684\u306b\u30b5\u30dd\u30fc\u30c8\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002\u305d\u306e\u305f\u3081\u3001\u63a2\u5075\u793e\u306b\u8abf\u67fb\u3092\u4f9d\u983c\u3059\u308b\u3088\u308a\u3082\u3001\u30cf\u30fc\u30b0\u6761\u7d04\u306b\u5f37\u3044\u5f01\u8b77\u58eb\u3092\u96c7\u3044\u3001\u30cf\u30fc\u30b0\u6761\u7d04\u306e\u624b\u7d9a\u304d\u306e\u7533\u3057\u7acb\u3066\u3092\u884c\u3046\u306e\u304c\u5f97\u7b56\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0b\u8a18\u306b\u5177\u4f53\u7684\u306a\u624b\u7d9a\u304d\u306e\u6d41\u308c\u3092\u3054\u8aac\u660e\u3044\u305f\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" Behind Parent\uff09\u306f\u3001\u5b50\u4f9b\u306e\u9023\u308c\u53bb\u308a\u306e\u30cf\u30fc\u30b0\u6761\u7d04\uff08Hague Convention Child Abduction\uff09\u306b\u57fa\u3065\u304d\u3001\u5916\u52d9\u7701\u306b\u9023\u308c\u53bb\u3063\u305f\u89aa\uff08TP\uff1aTaking Parent\uff09\u304b\u3089\u5b50\u4f9b\u306e\u8fd4\u9084\u3092\u7533\u3057\u7acb\u3066\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3067\u304d\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9023\u308c\u53bb\u3089\u308c\u305f\u89aa\uff08LBP\uff09\u306f\u3001\u81ea\u56fd\u306e\u4e2d\u592e\u5f53\u5c40\uff08\u65e5\u672c\u306e\u5916\u52d9\u7701\u306b\u3042\u305f\u308b\uff09\u306b\u30cf\u30fc\u30b0\u6761\u7d04\u306e\u4ef2\u4ecb\u3092\u7533\u3057\u8fbc\u307f\u307e\u3059\u3002\u901a\u5e38\u3001LBP\u306f\u3001\u81ea\u56fd\u306e\u5f01\u8b77\u58eb\u3092\u96c7\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002\u307e\u305f\u3001LBP\u306f\u3001\u9023\u308c\u53bb\u3063\u305f\u89aa\uff08TP\uff09\u3068\u4ea4\u6e09\u3059\u308b\u70ba\u306b\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u3067\u306e\u6cd5\u7684\u624b\u7d9a\u3082\u5fc5\u8981\u3068\u306a\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002\u6700\u7d42\u7684\u306bLBP\u306f\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u306e\u5f01\u8b77\u58eb\u3082\u96c7\u3046\u5fc5\u8981\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5b50\u4f9b\u306e\u9023\u308c\u53bb\u308a\u306e\u30cf\u30fc\u30b0\u6761\u7d04\u306f\u30012014\u5e744\u67081\u65e5\u306b\u65e5\u672c\u3067\u65bd\u884c\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u65bd\u884c\u3055\u308c\u3066\u304b\u3089\u3001\u77ed\u3044\u671f\u9593\u3057\u304b\u7d4c\u904e\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002\u65e5\u672c\u306e\u5f01\u8b77\u58eb\u306f\u3001\u76f8\u624b\u65b9\uff08\u65e5\u672c\u4eba\u306eTP\uff09\u3068\u4ea4\u6e09\u3057\u3001\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u4f9d\u983c\u8005\uff08LBP\uff09\u3092\u30b3\u30f3\u30c8\u30ed\u30fc\u30eb\u3059\u308b\u5fc5\u8981\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002\u3053\u306e\u5206\u91ce\u3092\u304d\u3061\u3093\u3068\u6271\u3048\u308b\u65e5\u672c\u5f01\u8b77\u58eb\u306f\u3044\u307e\u3060\u5c11\u306a\u3044\u306e\u304c\u73fe\u72b6\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Japan PI\u306e\u9867\u554f\u5f01\u8b77\u58eb\uff08Masako Banno, Attorney At Law\uff09\u306f\u3001\u30a2\u30e1\u30ea\u30ab\u4eba\u306eLBP\u304c\u65e5\u672c\u4eba\u306eTP\u306b\u5bfe\u3057\u3066\u5b50\u306e\u8fd4\u9084\u3092\u6c42\u3081\u305f\u30b1\u30fc\u30b9\u3092\u6271\u3044\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u3067\u521d\u3081\u3066\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u3068\u30a2\u30e1\u30ea\u30ab\u306e\u53cc\u65b9\u3067\u5f37\u5236\u529b\u306e\u3042\u308b\u5224\u6c7a\u3092\u53d6\u5f97\u3002LBP\u3078\u306e\u5b50\u4f9b\u306e\u8fd4\u9084\u306b\u6210\u529f\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<a href=\"https:\/\/www.okunolaw.com\/news\/2015-08-01\/\">\u5965\u91ce\u7dcf\u5408\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e8b\u52d9\u6240<\/a>\u306e\u30a6\u30a7\u30d6\u30b5\u30a4\u30c8\u5185\u30012015\u5e748\u6708\u306e\u65b0\u7740\u60c5\u5831\u6b04\u306b\u8a18\u8f09\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3053\u3046\u3057\u305f\u6848\u4ef6\u306f\u591a\u304f\u306e\u5834\u5408\u3001\u6d77\u5916\u73fe\u5730\u306e\u4e2d\u592e\u5f53\u5c40\u2192\u65e5\u672c\u306e\u5916\u52d9\u7701\u2192\u65e5\u672c\u306e\u5f01\u8b77\u58eb\uff08\u65e5\u672c\u306e\u5f01\u8b77\u58eb\u4f1a\u306e\u7d39\u4ecb\u5236\u5ea6\uff09\u3068\u3044\u3046\u6d41\u308c\u306b\u306a\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002Japan
