Process Serving

As a Japanes registerd private investigative agancy, we serve legal documents from the countries outside Japan, mainly most Anglo-American countries.

We serve the legal documents such as summonses, complaints, subpoenas, writs and other court documents, which are to be delivered to the individual to whom the legal document is directed.

Once the documents are delivered, we provide proof that the papers were served. This is done through a document called an Affidavit of Service, also known as a Proof of Service, which must be notarized and given to the party who requested service.

We cover the Tokyo metropolitan area and for urgent matters we will serve beyond Tokyo ourselves. Our nationwide network of agencies and investigators follow directions from us for outside of Tokyo.
