Cancellation policy

No discount will be given in case you don't use up all the purchased amount. Only 50 % of the purchased amount can be refundable in case of cancel. For example, if you terminate investigation at the point when you used only US$1,000 out of 3800 Pass (paid amount US$3,200), you forfeit the benefit of discount and amount of refund is only US$1,280 (targeted amount for refund is 50% or US$1,600 and 20% penalty or US$320 will be deducted from US$1,600.)
