How we do our services

1. Free assesment

2. Quote
• We will contact you via email with a quote.
3. Assignment Form
• You fill in Assignment Form or seed printed assignment form by fax or e-mail.

4. Payment of retainer or deposit
• Please pay the agreed retainer fee in advance. (Payment method)
5. Initiation of investigation
• Investigations will commence and we will keep you updated on a regular basis via email. We may ask some questions in the process.
6. Investigation report
• An investigation report will be submitted to you within the agreed timescale and a positive or negative result will be provided.
• A positive report will provide the subject’s prearranged information.
• A negative report will show that we have been unable to reach or verify the result and the agreed refund will be issued.
